YBOTECH VSB series biosafety autoclave is designed and developed in accordance with laboratory safety requirement, with waste gas treatment and waste water treatment features, which can fully ensure the safety of operators and the operating environment. It is widely used in the sterilization of dead animals, biological products, utensils, sterile clothes, medical dressings and other articles that containing highly pathogenic bacteria and viruses.
SAFETY DEVICES
- Self-induction interlocking devices to avoid risk of misuse;
- Dual over pressure protection system: upon detection of any abnormal pressure, system will relieve pressures or disconnect power supplies;
- Over temperature protection system: power supply will be disconnected for protection upon detection of over temperature;
- Dry scorch protection system: power supply will be disconnected for protection upon detection of over-low water level;
- Cover checking system: system can automatically check the locking of the cover, if the cover is not tightly locked, the autoclave can’t be started;
- Electric leakage, over current and short circuit protection: system will disconnect the power supply to avoid an electricity shock or other accidents;
- Unique anti-scald cover and bench: nick look and avoid causing corrosion and scald.

- Internal circulation system: Built-in water tank to avoid the generation of aerosols, no exhaust steam;
- Power off holding system: Power off holding function, after the re-connecting the power, automatically resume from the program breakpoints;
- LCD touch screen clearly shows the dynamic sterilization process;
- Vacuum drying system: Fabric dryness is less than 1%, devices dryness is less than 0.1%.
